  • GloFAS v5 upcoming major release: improved hydrological model and new calibration at more than 5300 in-situ gauge stations.
  • Revamped functionalities of the GloFAS Map Viewer for enhanced users experience.
  • The benefits of the combined use of Sentinel 1A and Sentinel 1C in the GFM product.
  • Users' experience and developments
    • anticipatory action in North-Central Namibia;
    • use of neural networks to correct GloFAS river discharge reanalysis;
    • flood warnings and emergency management in Ecuador and Colombia;
    • integration of GloFAS and Climate Services for preparedness, response, and resource mobilization across Africa and Asia;
    • disaster risk financing;
